Novacom Europe, a joint venture of Novacom Services SA and GE Equipment Services Europe BV, is a Telematics Service Provider for commercial vehicles with a main focus on the European transport and logistics industry.

Combining more than 25 years of expertise in remote monitoring and operating commercial vehicles with the expertise of our industry leading partners, Novacom Europe delivers scalable full service telematics solutions that create true customer value.

With over $50MM invested, Novacom Europe and its partners deliver the Vwise telematics service in multiple geographies, with over 35,000 subscriptions active. Vwise is a one stop service that can be used for different asset types and/or short-term rented equipment, and it can be upgraded easily to one of our many specialized solutions without further investment in technology. These unique features make our Vwise telematics service a smart and flexible option that can help your business to grow over many years to come.

In August 2011, Novacom Europe is again recognized as the European market leader for trailer telematics by Frost and Sullivan.

Novacom Services

Novacom Services is a company created in September 2002, on the aerospace campus in Toulouse. Its staff consists of 35 engineers and sales employees working to support its customer base. Its close connection to the European GALILEO programme allows it to stay abreast of technical innovations to the benefit of its customers.
Our goal: offering a productivity tool to our customers, close to their own speciality and integrated with their operational procedures, that generates value for their customers.

• Telespazio, subsidiary of Finmeccanicca and Thales at 67% and 33% respectively, is one of the global leaders in satellite service provision: controlling earth-observation, navigation and telecommunications satellites.

• CLS is a subsidiary of the CNES (French Space Agency) and the IFREMER.

CLS (Collecte Localisation Satellite) has been the global operator of ARGOS beacons for 20 years and manages a park of over 25,000 beacons using a state-of-the-art computer system centre where technicians monitor systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The creation of Novacom Services was founded on the ambition of leveraging the know-how and experience of CLS in providing commercial and industrial geolocation and messaging services.

GE Equipment Services, TIP Trailer Services

GE Equipments Services, TIP Trailer Services provides transportation and logistics customers leasing, rental, maintenance and other value-added solutions that keep their freight on the move all over Western and Eastern Europe.
Headquartered in Amsterdam, TIP Trailer Services can supply its customers the products and services they need from over one hundred locations. With almost 80,000 units on the road, it is considered the industry leader with one of the largest and most diverse trailer, tanker, intermodal and truck fleets in Europe.
At the beginning of 2007, TIP Trailer Services introduced a vertical marketing structure, organising its businesses into four solution focused groups: FleetOptions, FleetCare, FleetIntelligence and FleetProtect.
