Novacom Europe BV., a joint venture between Novacom Services S.A. and GE Equipment Services Asset Intelligence. 

Vwise is one of the key service offerings from GE TIP Trailer Services. We have built up our telematics service offering to deliver great products and solutions for our customers.

We are pleased to announce that Asset Intelligence Europe, an operating unit of GE Equipment Services B.V. has agreed to join forces with Novacom S.A. to create a joint venture for our Vwise services. The Joint Venture, Novacom Europe B.V., will continue to develop innovative solutions for the Vwise service offering in the markets the partners jointly cover. 

Novacom Services S.A. in France has been a key partner for the Vwise service since the service was launched and is owned by world class technology companies Telespazio and CLS.  The Joint Venture will allow us to complement the current service offering with Novacom’s capabilities in global asset tracking and data services.

The management team of Asset Intelligence Europe will not change and will continue to be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We are committed to maintaining and providing the same high-quality products and services, support and product development.

Vwise has been offering value to asset operators in the transport industry and as such will remain one of the key service offerings from TIP Trailer Services. TIP will continue to offer the Vwise service to customers, develop innovative offerings and support the Joint Venture in it’s operations.
